Orders arrive within 5-8 business days.
We offer express shipping option that arrives in 1-2 business days after being processed.

General Orders (In-Stock Items)
Order Confirmation
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Processing Time
Orders containing in-stock items are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days. Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping transit time.
During new launches, sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended.
Shipping & Delivery
After your order has been shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout and the carrier’s schedule.
Enchanted Nail Supply is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or any other shipping carrier.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address before placing an order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Enchanted Nail Supply is not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping charges required to resend an order.
Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
Enchanted Nail Supply is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered.
Package Protection is highly recommended at checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unclaimed package, or delivery refusal, a reshipping fee must be paid before the order can be shipped again. Returned orders are not eligible for refunds.
Pre-Order Policy
Please read this section carefully before purchasing any pre-order item.
By placing a pre-order with Enchanted Nail Supply, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
Production & Fulfillment
Pre-order items generally require 4 to 5 weeks before they are ready to ship.
Estimated timeline:
- Up to 4 weeks for production
- Up to 1 week for delivery to our facility, inspection, packaging, and fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled in the order they are received.
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be shorter or longer depending on production and shipping conditions.
Pre-Order Sales Are Final
All pre-order purchases are final.
Pre-order items cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or modified after the order has been placed.
Chargebacks
Fraudulent or invalid chargebacks, including those filed due to failure to read the stated pre-order timeline or our store policies, will be fully disputed using order records, tracking information, policy acknowledgments, and any other supporting documentation. Enchanted Nail Supply reserves the right to pursue any legal remedies available in cases of chargeback fraud. (WE WILL TAKE LEGAL ACTION)
Order Updates
Shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent by email as soon as your order has been been fulfilled.
Please allow the full estimated processing period to pass before requesting a status update. Contacting us before the estimated timeframe has ended will not speed up production or shipping.
